# What if it can't answer?

> Your My AskAI won't be able to answer if you haven't given it the knowledge (content) it needs.

If your AI support agent is unable to answer a question then it will give an “I don’t know” response. 

It will also give the user the [option to transfer to a person](/features/human-escalation).
