Our Smart suggestions feature uses AI to analyse the questions your users are asking to generate ideas of how you could resolve or fix the topic to make sure it doesn't come up as an issue again.

We don't just bring you problems, we bring you solutions!

When a topic reaches 3 conversations in your Insights Dashboard we use AI to generate a "smart suggestion" for a way you could resolve the issue, question, or bug raised.

Hopefully, they will get you thinking about ways you can resolve the topic for future users.

These smart suggestions will then be emailed to the admin and any team members of the AskAI.
