When a topic reaches 3 conversations in your Insights Dashboard we use AI to generate a "smart suggestion" for a way you could resolve the issue, question, or bug raised.
Hopefully, they will get you thinking about ways you can resolve the topic for future users.
These smart suggestions will then be emailed to the admin and any team members of the AI support agent.
